The follwing is the shipping and return policies of Compatto, LLC, a California Limited Liablity Company
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (United States Addresses):
- For orders up to $75 the shipping charge is $9. Shipping is FREE for orders over $75 via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
- We ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt unless we are out of stock for the product ordered. In this event you will be notified by email. (Orders received Friday after 5PM PST will be shipped the following Monday.)
International Shipping:
- Canada – shipping cost is $10.00 (1-2 weeks shipping time)
- For all other international destinations, every effort will be made to keep the shipping rate at the Global Priority Rate of $17.50. However, this rate can only be used when purchases fit inside the envelope provided by USPS. If your items do not fit, Compatto Yarn Salon will charge you the additional charges for the shipment(s).
- Global priority packages are not insured. Compatto Yarn Salon is not responsible for packages that do reach the customer using this method.
- International shipments may have customs and brokerage fees that apply. These fees vary from country to country and Compatto Yarn Salon is not responsible for payment. We cannot label a package as “gift.” This is illegal.
RETURN POLICY
- Unused yarn in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges, or exchanged. When returning or exchanging yarn, the customer must pay all shipping costs associated with the return.
- Special orders, books, patterns, magazines, needles and accessories may not be returned or exchanged.
- Compatto Yarn Salon will replace any item damaged in shipment. We will reimburse shipping costs to return the damaged item(s) and send out the replacement at no charge.
- Return shipments must be insured for the full value on the contents. Compatto Yarn Salon is not responsible for uninsured packages.
- All returned items must be accompanied by:
- Customer’s email address
- Customer’s telephone number
- Customer’s shipping address
